A report by the Chief Medical Officer

The Chief Medical Officer, Sir Liam Donaldson, published a report "Bearing Good Witness" on 30 October, which puts forward proposals for reforming the delivery of medical expert evidence in family law cases. The recommendations of the report will be subject to public consultation, which ends on 28th February 2007. Copies of the report and the consultation documentation can be downloaded from here.
