Restoring
If we remove your name from the
register for non-disciplinary reasons,
you can apply to have it restored.
During normal registration
If you do not pay your annual retention
fee on time, we may remove
your name from the register. You will need to pay a restoration
fee, plus any outstanding annual retention fees. Please
contact
us for a restoration form, or
download one
here.
Following assessment for revalidation
If you are not granted
revalidation , your
name will be removed from the register when your registration
period ends. To get back on the register, you will need to
apply afresh by
completing a new application form and going through the application
process again.
Should you not revalidate before the end of your registration
period, your name will also be removed from the register. The
assessment will continue, and if we do grant revalidation, you will
then need to pay restoration fees. You will start the new four-year
registration period from the date on which we processed payment of
the restoration fees. However, there will be a gap between the two
registration periods.
