Claiming for fees

As an assessor, you can claim for the work that you do for us. We pay £40 to specialty assessors per assessment, and the same to lead assessors and process verifiers per internal/external verification.

We suggest that you claim for fees when you have completed 10 assessments/verifications, or every 3 months, whichever is sooner.

Once we receive your form, we aim to process it that week. There may be a delay in processing your form if any of the assessments or verifications for which you are claiming have not been returned to the office. If they have all been returned to us, we can forward it for payment. We aim to pay you by cheque in 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your claim.

Please note that for tax purposes these fee payments are classified as income and need to be declared to the Inland Revenue. We also pay VAT on fees to companies or practitioners registered for this.
